("Website" or “Offyce”). Your
("you" or "user") access and use of our Website and the
information products materials and services available within it is subject to
your agreement to and compliance with these terms and conditions.

accessing or using the Website or making arrangements by telephone or facsimile
(fax). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be legally bound by
these terms and conditions as varied in accordance with clauses below.

Our Website is a place for suppliers of meeting and
conference room facilities (“Providers”) to advertise details of their
facilities, and for prospective users to search and access these details, as
the Providers have entered them. Go24

Website and the Providers, and give no warranty or representation as to the
accuracy or any aspect of the information on facilities listed on the
Website. Room and Provider details
should not be relied upon as statements or representations of fact, and they do
not constitute any part of an offer or contract. All users should satisfy
themselves as to the correctness of the information, for example in
conversation with the Provider, literature the Provider supplies to you
directly or if possible, inspection of the facility. It is solely your

12.6 If any part of this
agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable

matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement
